NK/T淋巴瘤具有NK细胞及T细胞相关免疫表型,与EB病毒感染具有一定的相关性。本病多发于亚洲,尤其是中国南方地区和东南亚,欧美少见~([1])。发病率男性多于女性,中位生存年龄为43.25岁~([2]),儿童NK/T淋巴瘤少见。现报告我科诊治的2例经病理确诊的儿童NK/T淋巴瘤。1病例报告例1男,7岁,以“阴茎红肿伴发热1周余”为主诉收住我院小儿外科,热峰达38.5℃。入院期间行鼻咽部CT(图1a)示:双侧上颌窦、筛窦、蝶窦 NK / T lymphoma with NK cells and T-cell associated immunophenotype, and Epstein-Barr virus infection has a certain correlation. The disease occurs in Asia, especially in southern China and Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States rare ~ ([1]).
