分析焦作市某小学一起集体中餐饮用豆奶诱发的群体性癔病突发事件。全校7个年级532人饮用,150人发病,占28.2%。临床表现为腹痛、恶心、头痛、头晕、啼哭,少数呕吐、腹泻。较重的59人住院观察。调查发现此批豆奶被枯草杆菌污染,由此导致的一过性胃肠道反应为主要诱因,6~9岁年龄组的三年级下以儿童、饮用巧克力色豆奶为易感因子,心理暗示与发病有重要关联
