采用电热爆炸喷涂技术在铝合金基体上制备钼涂层,用SEM、划痕仪、显微硬度计、表面粗糙度仪、微磨损试验机等表征了涂层性能。借助正交试验方法分析了钼涂层制备中各工艺参数对涂层质量的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明:用电热爆炸喷涂方法制备的钼涂层均匀致密,孔隙率低;涂层与基体形成冶金结合,结合强度高;涂层硬度为基体的4.9倍,体积磨损量仅为基体的11.2%,耐磨性大幅增加。电爆炸喷涂的工艺参数中,对涂层质量和结合力影响最大的是喷涂距离,其次是喷涂次数,影响最小的是喷涂电压。
The molybdenum coating was prepared on the aluminum alloy substrate by electrothermal explosion spraying technique. The coating performance was characterized by SEM, scratch tester, microhardness tester, surface roughness tester and micro-abrasion tester. The influence of various process parameters on the coating quality in the preparation of molybdenum coating was analyzed by means of orthogonal test and the best process parameters were determined. The results showed that the molybdenum coating prepared by electrothermal explosion spraying method was uniform and compact with low porosity. The coating formed a metallurgical bond with the matrix with high bonding strength. The hardness of the coating was 4.9 times that of the matrix, and the volume wear volume was only 11.2% , A substantial increase in wear resistance. Electrical explosion spraying process parameters, the coating quality and bonding force is the greatest impact on the spraying distance, followed by the number of spraying, the smallest is the spraying voltage.
