高效的人员配置是邮政金融网点实现由“交易中心”向“营销服务中心”转变的必备条件。不同的人员配置方式将为金融网点带来不同的客户群体,而不同的客户结构将直接决定网点经营的利润结构。简而言之,人员配置决定网点利润!向高产能岗位配置人员就邮政代理金融而言,金融网点的客户大致可分为普通客户、中高端客户、超高端客户三个大的层级。普通客户即账户里只有少量金额的客户,如领取低保者等;中高端客户即账户里有1万元到上百万元的客户;超高端客户即账户里有数百万以上的客户。随社会经济状况的不同,各地的层级划分也略有不同。
