目的探究暴马丁香花挥发油中组分,揭示其研究和利用价值,以便更好的保护和利用长白山暴马丁香资源。方法用CO2超临界萃取方法提取暴马丁香花挥发油,用GC-MS对挥发油中组分进行定性并用面积归一化法确定各组分及相对含量。结果用GC-MS可分离出45个组分,占总含量97.84%,定性鉴定了其中39种组分。含量较高的成分有环庚三烯(17.16%)、2-(苯基甲氧基)丙酸甲酯(17.27%)、2R-4-(4-羟基苯基)-2-丁醇(11.74%)和苯乙醇(6.86%)。结论用超临界CO2流体萃取暴马丁香挥发油成分并用GC-MS对其成分进行检测,方法快速,高效并且可避免溶剂残留,为暴马丁香开发提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the components of the essential oil of Herba Lupinus fragrans and to reveal the value of its research and utilization so as to better protect and utilize the resources of Herba Marigold in Changbai Mountain. Methods CO2 supercritical fluid extraction was used to extract volatile oil of Lilium officinale. The constituents of volatile oil were determined by GC-MS. The components and their relative contents were determined by area normalization. Results 45 components were separated by GC-MS, accounting for 97.84% of the total. Among them, 39 components were qualitatively identified. High levels of ingredients include cycloheptatriene (17.16%), methyl 2- (phenylmethoxy) propionate (17.27%), 2R-4- (4- hydroxyphenyl) -2-butanol 11.74%) and phenethyl alcohol (6.86%). Conclusion The supercritical CO2 fluid extraction of volatile oil components and determination of its constituents by GC-MS, the method is fast, efficient and can avoid the solvent residue, provide a theoretical basis for the development of violets.
