目的 体外测定化疗药物和脂肪乳剂对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用 ,为化疗期间同时使用脂肪乳剂作营养支持提供依据。方法 本研究应用胃癌细胞株与阿霉素和脂肪乳剂单独或共同培养不同天数 ,用噻唑兰 (MTT)法 ,体外测定化疗药物和脂肪乳剂对胃癌细胞株增殖的抑制作用。结果 本研究结果表明 :抗癌药与癌细胞培养时间愈长 ,抑制率显著增加 ;不同浓度脂肪乳剂对癌细胞均有极轻微的抑制作用 ,但数天后就无抑制作用 ;不同浓度脂肪乳剂与抗癌药联合使用 ,均不影响抗癌药抑制癌细胞的作用。结论 化疗期间脂肪乳剂和抗癌药联合使用 ,并不影响抗癌药抑制癌细胞的增殖作用 ,本文体外观察的初步结果可为化疗期间同时使用脂肪乳剂作营养支持提供了依据。
Objective To determine the inhibitory effect of chemotherapeutic drugs and fat emulsions on tumor cells in vitro and to provide basis for the use of fat emulsions for nutritional support during chemotherapy. Methods In this study, gastric cancer cell lines were treated with adriamycin and fat emulsion separately or co-cultivated for different days. Inhibitory effects of chemotherapeutic drugs and fat emulsions on proliferation of gastric cancer cell lines were measured in vitro using thiazolyl (MTT) method. Results The results of this study indicate that the longer the culture time of anticancer drugs and cancer cells, the greater the inhibitory rate; different concentrations of fat emulsions have very slight inhibitory effects on cancer cells, but no inhibition after a few days; different concentrations of fat emulsions and The combined use of anti-cancer drugs does not affect the anti-cancer drugs inhibit cancer cells. Conclusion The combination of fat emulsion and anticancer drugs during chemotherapy does not affect the anti-cancer drugs inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells. The preliminary results observed in vitro provided the basis for the simultaneous use of fat emulsions for nutritional support during chemotherapy.
