In Central and Northern Europe, complete and partial mole occurrences were 1: 2270 and 1: 27900. Complete hydatidiform mole is a consequence of doubled or doubled haploid sperm (more common) genomic doubling of mature, non-nuclear egg cells. At this point, the complete mole contains only the parent’s nuclear DNA and the mother’s mitochondrial DNA only. Some hydatidiform mole is usually triploid karyotype. Mole pregnancy with fetus is extremely rare, the detection rate (regardless of partial and complete hydatidiform mole) is reported as 1.10000 ~ 20000 and 1: 100000. The majority of multiple pregnancies with hydatidiform mole and normal pregnancy.
