以品牌、企划、人事等为代表的“软人才”正成为企业需求的热点。在1999年11月28日江苏省苏州新区大型招聘集市上,物流管理、系统分析师、技术服务等10余种国内企业鲜见的特殊技能岗位纷纷登台亮相,寻觅理想人选。 此次设摊招聘的74家用人单位,外资企业45家,仍唱主角,民营科技企业15家,仍居第二位。在推出的747个岗位中,专业技术管理岗位占招聘总数的73%,而1999年春季招聘集市为60%,1998年为50%。招聘岗位比例的改变表明企业已从规模扩张转向技术密集。苏州新区现有省科委认定的高新技术企业107家,采用90年代国际先进水平的项目投资占工业项目总投资的72%,在国内外市场有很强的竞争优势。 与以往不同的是,相对于企业过去急需的直接参与
Brand, planning, personnel and other representatives of the “soft talent” is becoming a hot business needs. On November 28, 1999, a large recruitment fair in Suzhou New District of Jiangsu Province saw over 10 rare special skill positions including logistics management, system analyst and technical service, all of which appeared on the stage to find the ideal candidate. The recruitment of 74 employers flats, 45 foreign-funded enterprises, still playing the leading role, 15 private technology enterprises, still in second place. Of the 747 jobs launched, professional and technical management positions accounted for 73% of total hiring, compared to 60% in the spring 1999 recruitment market and 50% in 1998. The change in the percentage of job offers indicates that the company has shifted from a larger scale to a more technology-intensive one. There are 107 hi-tech enterprises in Suzhou New District which have been identified by the Provincial Science and Technology Committee. Projects adopting advanced international level in the 1990s accounted for 72% of the total investment in industrial projects and have strong competitive advantages in both domestic and overseas markets.
