在田间自然条件下,研究了美洲斑潜蝇对不同生长期番茄和菜豆不同品种的选择性。结果表明,该蝇对番茄和菜豆在不同生长期和不同品种上选择性均存在显著差异,其中对菜豆品种架豆王、番茄品种毛粉802和茸粉多毛株的选择性较弱,对菜豆品种玉豆、番茄品种L-402和早魁的选择性较强。根据美洲斑潜蝇对寄主叶片取食点数量和虫道数量,将播后21 d菜豆和番茄品种划分为成虫最嗜品种、嗜好品种和次嗜好品种3类,播后49 d菜豆品种划分为嗜好品种和次嗜好品种2类,以虫情指数为指标,评价了其幼虫对菜豆和番茄不同品种的危害性。
Under natural conditions in the field, the selectivity of different varieties of tomato and kidney bean at different growing stages was studied. The results showed that there was a significant difference in selectivity between tomato and bean at different growth stages and different cultivars. The selectivity to the bean cultivar “Beiwang” and “tomato” was different from that of " Variety jade beans, tomato varieties L-402 and early Quebec’s strong selectivity. According to the number of feeding leaves and the number of insect larvae on the host leaves of the leafminers, the broad bean and tomato cultivars were divided into three categories: adult favorite, hobby and sub-hobby, on the 21th day after sowing. After 49 days of sowing, Hobby varieties and sub-hobby varieties 2 categories, the insect index as an index to evaluate the larvae of cabbage and tomato varieties of different dangers.
