以9,10-菲醌作为柱前衍生试剂,采用非水毛细管电泳模式考察并优化了脂肪醛的分离条件。实验采用毛细管(总长58.5cm,有效长度50cm,内径50μm),应用80mmol/LNH4Ac、1.4mol/LHAc缓冲体系,于20℃、5kPa(50mbar)下压力进样8s,在不加入其他添加剂的情况下,实现了7种脂肪醛的高效基线分离,检出限为0.37~0.87μmol/L,线性范围为0.78~25μmol/L。应用所建立的方法对实际样品进行了测定,结果令人满意。
Using 9,10-phenanthrenequinone as a pre-column derivatization reagent, the conditions for the separation of fatty aldehydes were investigated and optimized using non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis. Capillary (total length 58.5cm, effective length 50cm, inner diameter 50μm) was used in the experiment. The sample was injected under pressure of 5kPa (50mbar) at 80 ℃ for 8s with 80mmol / LNH4Ac and 1.4mol / LHAc buffer system without adding other additives The results showed that the detection limit was 0.37 ~ 0.87μmol / L and the linear range was 0.78 ~ 25μmol / L. The established method was used to measure the real samples, and the results were satisfactory.
