阐述了河蟹苗的质量鉴别及运输技术关键。研究结果表明 ,出苗龄期为 6日龄 ,规格均匀 ,每公斤个体数在 1 4万~ 1 6万只 ,出苗时水温控制在 2 0℃~ 2 2℃ ,淡化盐度在 5‰以下 ,苗体支撑力和活动能力强 ,并能经受盐度突变和抗干燥的 ,均为优质蟹苗。运输蟹苗应维持合适的温度 ,保持蟹苗鳃部的湿润及适度的通风 ,并尽可能地减少相互挤压等。利用植物床运输蟹苗能保温、保湿、保持适度通风并维持支撑力 ,因而运输存活率高 ,值得在生产上推广应用。
The key points of quality identification and transportation technology of crab seedling are described.
