【目的/意义】信息消费已日渐成为国民经济新的增长点。比较研究我国不同区域农村信息消费的变化状况和影响因素,对推动农村消费结构的优化升级以及区域协调发展具有重要意义。【方法/过程】文章基于2000-2015年省级面板数据,测算农村信息消费省际差异的演变,运用Shapley值分解法考察各影响因素对信息消费省际差距的贡献程度。【结果/结论】结果表明:农村居民信息消费地区间的差距明显,但落后地区对领先地区存在“追赶效应”;推动差距扩大的影响因素依次为农村居民收入水平、信息设备拥有量、城镇化水平和人口抚养比,居民受教育程度和地区固有因素成为促使地区间差距缩小的力量。
【Purpose / Significance】 Information consumption has gradually become a new growth point of the national economy. A comparative study of the changes in the information consumption in rural areas in different regions and their influencing factors is of great significance in promoting the optimization and upgrading of the rural consumption structure and the coordinated development of the regions. Methods / Processes Based on the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2015, this paper estimates the evolution of provincial discrepancies in information consumption and uses Shapley value decomposition to examine the contribution of each influencing factor to the provincial discrepancies in information consumption. [Results / Conclusion] The results show that the gap between rural residents ’information consumption areas is obvious, but the backward regions have “catching-up effect ” in the leading areas; the influencing factors to promote the gap expansion are rural residents’ income level, information equipment ownership, The level of urbanization and population dependency, the education level of residents and inherent factors in the region have become the forces that have helped to narrow the gap between regions.
