本文报道了麦角单菌核的微量脱脂、提取方法;并在硅胶G薄层上以异丙醚-苯-丙酮-甲醇-二乙胺(2:2:1:0.5:0.1)为展开剂分离了麦角新碱、麦角酰胺、麦角胺及麦角克碱,其R_f值分别为0.27、0.33、0.42及0.68;建立了荧光光密度计测定以上各麦角生物碱含量的快速、灵敏的分析方法。本法的检出限度为1×10~(-8)g,四种生物碱的平均变异系数为6.10%。层离后的麦角生物碱斑点避光保存可稳定24小时。本
In this paper, the method of trace degreasing and extraction of ergot sclerotia was reported; and it was separated on a thin layer of silica gel with isopropyl ether-benzene-acetone-methanol-diethylamine (2:2:1:0.5:0.1) as developing solvent. The R_f values of ergometrine, ergotamide, ergotamine, and ergodicine were 0.27, 0.33, 0.42, and 0.68, respectively. A fast and sensitive analytical method for determining the content of alkaloids in each ergot was established using a fluorescence densitometer. The detection limit of this method is 1 × 10 ~ (-8) g, and the average coefficient of variation of the four alkaloids is 6.10%. After delamination, ergot alkaloids were stored in dark for 24 hours. this
