气缸的磨损、剥落、拉缸、腐蚀、气蚀等现象是发动机常见的几种早期失效形式.分析造成其失效的因素和机理,采取相应的改善措施,就可以避免发动机的早期失效,延长其使用寿命,提高车辆的动力性和经济性.1 气缸失效的机理特征根据长期的修理实践和试验结果看,各种因素影响气缸机理变化所造成的失效特征是基本相同的.除破损外,非正常磨损一般只能加剧而不改变失效的形状与特征,通常用锥形度和失圆度来衡量其磨损程度.
Cylinder wear, spalling, pulling cylinder, corrosion, cavitation and so on are several common forms of early failure of the engine.It is analyzed that the factors and mechanism of its failure and the corresponding improvement measures can avoid the early failure of the engine and prolong its Service life and improve the vehicle’s power and economy.1 Mechanism characteristics of cylinder failure According to the long-term repair practices and test results, the failure characteristics caused by various factors affecting the cylinder mechanism changes are basically the same .In addition to damage, non Normal wear can only generally aggravate without changing the shape and characteristics of the failure, usually by the degree of coning and out of roundness to measure the degree of wear and tear.
