本文探讨了双光气对大鼠肺灌洗液(BALF)中一些细胞和生化指标以及血浆中一些生化指标的影响。大鼠吸入剂量为11.76ppm·min的双光气后24小时,BALF中多形核白细胞(PMN)百分比和总蛋白(TP)含量明显增加;吸入19.71ppm·min的双光气后4小时PMN百分比和TP含量明显升高,吸入后24小时还有碱性磷酸酶(AKP)
This article explored the effects of phosgene on some of the cells and biochemical parameters in lung lavage fluid (BALF) and some biochemical indicators in plasma. The percent of PMN and total protein (TP) in BALF were significantly increased in rats 24 hours after inhalation of phosgene at a dose of 11.76ppm · min. Four hours after inhalation of phosgene at 19.71ppm · min, PMN Percentage and TP content increased significantly, 24 hours after inhalation, there are alkaline phosphatase (AKP)
