文章针对近年来国内外剖宫产率均有增高的趋势,对剖宫产术的安全性进行了探讨,对4122例剖宫产术后近期及远期并发症进行了临床分析。4122例剖宫产术占同期住院分娩总数的14.69%。术后近期并发症522例,占剖宫产术的12.66%。其中以产后出血为多,其次为感染,膀胱损伤、尿瘘。经术后随访证实,远期并发症44例,占12.64%,其中慢性附件炎 In this paper, the incidence of cesarean section in both home and abroad has been increasing in recent years.
