在古代点燃一只蜡烛,旨在拉向光明,如今,点亮一盏灯也揭示我们对光的态度,现代社会光不再是“光明”的化身,它也有“黑暗”的一面,对人的视觉环境和身心健康产生不良的影响,即光污染。人们常见的光污染有白亮污染、眩光污染、紫外线污染、红外线污染等,我们是环境设计的执行者,光是我们设计环境的武器,光对身心的影响是我们的主题,第一眼看上去这个主题似乎很特别,但第二眼工夫再想想就真的很普通了,对于设计专业人士来说,这就是我们日常工作的部分,如果不能为我们的客户身体和灵魂创造出最佳的环境,还能指望他满足什么需求呢?光,让我们周围的世界意识到它是导向力,不好的照明或不符合人体需要的照明会降低我们的心里活动能力从而影响我们的身体健康。在此,我想把光分类为天然光与人工光两大类来阐述如何正确的对待光,运用光来改善它对人们身心的影响。

Common light pollution is white pollution, glare pollution, UV pollution, infrared pollution, we are the environmental design of the performer, the light is the weapon of our design environment, the impact of light on the body and mind is our theme, at first glance this The theme may seem special, but it is not unusual for the second eye to think about it again, which is a part of our daily work for design professionals if it does not create the best environment for our client’s body and soul What else can we expect from him? Light, the world around us, recognizes that it is the guiding force. Poor lighting or lighting that does not meet the needs of the human body can degrade the ability of our hearts to affect our health. Here, I want to classify light into two categories, natural light and artificial light, to explain how to treat light properly and use it to improve its physical and psychological impact on people.
