基于Pro/E的三维造型优势,进行了锁片实体造型。根据零件的结构特点及技术要求,制订了1套由落料和冲孔复合(2件合坯)-弯曲和翻边复合-冲侧孔-切断等工序组成的冲压工艺方案。设计的锁片零件弯曲翻边复合模具,既保证了零件形状和尺寸精度,又满足了产品大批量生产要求。对此类零件的复合模设计以及Pro/E的应用具有一定的参考作用。
