南通师范高等专科学校五年制定向体育教育专业的学生,其生源是以初中为起点,文化成绩按照本县、市计划支配名额,分数由高往低依次排名,并经过南通市统一体育专业加试,专业成绩达到160分以上被录取。笔者选择师范定向生一年级体育教育专业学生,通过两个月的下肢负重绑腿力量训练,实验结果显示:平时课余训练采用负重三公斤绑腿的学生,百米跑速、助跑摸高、立定跳远及800米成绩明显比没有负重绑腿的学生成绩好。
Nantong Teachers College five-year physical education major students, their students is the junior high school as a starting point, the cultural achievements in accordance with the county, municipal planning places, scores from high to low rankings, and through the Nantong Unified Sports Specialty Test, professional scores of 160 points or more were admitted. The author selected the first-year normal PE students majoring in physical education through two months of lower limbs weight training leggings, the experimental results show that: the usual after-class training using weight-bearing leggings of students, 100 meters running speed, running touch high, standing long jump and 800 meters significantly better than the students did not bear leggings good grades.
