目的观察南昌市人群麻疹疫苗免疫后麻疹IgG抗体的衰减情况,以完善麻疹控制措施和免疫策略。方法 2009年,南昌市疾病预防控制中心采取随机抽样的方法,对该市所辖12个县区麻疹疫苗免疫后1~12 a健康儿童605人进行麻疹IgG抗体水平调查。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中的麻疹抗体IgG。结果麻疹IgG抗体阳性人数594人,总阳性率为98.18%;几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶1 164。结论麻疹疫苗免疫后抗体水平随时间的增长逐年降低,9年后几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶580,没有保护效果。为实现消除麻疹目标,必需适时开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫。
Objective To observe the attenuation of measles IgG antibody after measles vaccine immunization in Nanchang, in order to improve measles control measures and immunization strategies. Methods In 2009, Nanchang CDC took a random sampling method to investigate the level of measles IgG in 605 healthy children from 1 to 12 years after immunization of measles vaccine in 12 counties under the jurisdiction of the county. Serum measles antibody IgG was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The number of measles IgG antibody positive was 594, the total positive rate was 98.18%. The geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 164. Conclusion The antibody level of measles vaccine decreased gradually with the increase of time. The geometric mean titer (GMT) after 9 years was 1: 580, which showed no protective effect. In order to achieve the goal of measles elimination, it is imperative to carry out the measles vaccine-based immunization in a timely manner.
