本实验通过~(86)Rb测定,观察了心复宁Ⅰ号注射液不同剂量、用药后不同时间对小鼠正常状态下及垂体后叶素所致的急性心肌缺血状态下心肌营养性血流量的影响。结果表明:心复宁Ⅰ号注射液10ml/kg、15ml/kg皆可增加正常状态下小鼠心肌营养性血流量(p<0.05,p<0.01);同时能显著增加冠脉痉挛、缺血状态下心肌营养性血流量(p<0.01)。腹腔用药后30min即出现明显的效果,作用持续近6h,与西药潘生丁注射液相比较,疗效相近,且作用持续时间长。
