中国加入WTO,一个全球瞩目的重大事件。笔者近期率团出访了部分WTO成员方,亲身体验了中国入世所引起的广泛关注和影响。 美方专家精心组织专题交流 得知了上海派遣WTO法律考察团访美的消息,美国驻上海总领馆商务领事凯瑟琳女士表示,商务处可联络美国的WTO专家与上海考察团会谈。嗣后,美驻上海总领馆副总领事胡佛先生专门拜会上海市外经贸委,通报了美方已安排美国国务院法治委员会、美国商务部 China’s accession to the WTO is a major event attracting worldwide attention. Subsequently, Mr. Hoover, the deputy consul general of the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai, specially paid a visit to the Shanghai Foreign Economic and Trade Committee and informed the U.S. side that the U.S. State Department Rule of Law Committee and the U.S. Department of Commerce
