目的探讨足月儿与早产儿血浆肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(MYO)、脑钠肽(BNP)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取2012年10月—2013年2月深圳市人民医院无宫内窘迫、产时窒息的新生儿89例,按胎龄分为早产儿组(59例)和足月儿组(30例)。测定两组出生30min血浆CKMB、MYO、BNP、cTnI水平。结果足月儿组血浆CK-MB、MYO水平高于早产儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组血浆BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组cTnI<0.05ng/ml的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论足月儿血浆CK-MB、MYO水平高于早产儿,制定参考范围时应参考胎龄。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma CK-MB, myoglobin (MYO), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and troponin I (cTnI) in term and preterm infants and their clinical significance. Methods From October 2012 to February 2013, 89 neonates without endometrial distress and asphyxia in Shenzhen People’s Hospital were divided into premature infants (59 cases) and term infants (30 cases) according to gestational age . The plasma levels of CKMB, MYO, BNP and cTnI were measured at 30 min after birth in both groups. Results The plasma levels of CK-MB and MYO in full-term infants were significantly higher than those in premature infants (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma BNP levels between the two groups (P> 0.05) The incidence of <0.05ng / ml, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The plasma CK-MB and MYO level in full-term infants were higher than those in preterm infants, and gestational age should be taken into consideration when setting reference range.
