桩基工程设计,直接影响上部结构的安全及整个工程的造价。通过钻孔挤压分支桩在阜阳商厦三期工程中的应用及试验研究表明,在同一场地、单桩竖向极限承载力相同的条件下,用钻孔挤压分支桩代替钻孔灌注桩,单位体积混凝土的竖向极限承载力标准值可提高1.31倍,桩基节约投资270万元。由此可见,在大柱网、大承载力柱桩基工程中,钻孔挤压分支桩更能充分发挥其优越性。
Pile foundation engineering design directly affects the safety of the superstructure and the cost of the entire project. The application of the bored piles in the third phase of the Xiangyang commercial building and the experimental study have shown that, in the same site and the single pile with the same ultimate vertical bearing capacity, the bored piles are replaced by boreholes to excavate the bored piles. The standard value of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of concrete per volume can be increased by 1.31 times, and the pile foundation can save investment of 2.7 million yuan. From this, it can be seen that in the large-pillar-net and large-capacity-pillar-piled-base projects, drilling and extruding branch piles can fully exert their superiority.
