根据中央关于开展“三讲”教育的宗旨和目标,中国科学院党组始终都把联系工作和思想实际,作为我们抓好“三讲”教育的中心环节和根本问题。院党组认为,“三讲”教育能不能收到实效,关键在于能否找准抓住和解决领导班子、领导干部在党性党风方面存在的主要问题。遵照中央关于发扬民主,依靠群众,开门整风的要求,我们各级领导干部以邓小平理论为指导,认真分析和思考我们在工作和思想方面存在的主要问题,看到了自己在党性党风方面存在的差距,并结合中科院正在实施的知识创新工程,提出了切实可行的整改方案,使各级领导在思想上有明显提高,政治上有明显进步,作风上有明显转变,纪律上有明显增强,科研管理各方面工作都有明显改进,收到了较好效果。 According to the Party Central Committee’s tenet and goal of launching the “three stresses” education, the Chinese Academy of Sciences has always regarded the work of association and ideological reality as the key link and fundamental issue in our education of “three stresses”.
