本文应用肿瘤及白血病细胞系接种易感动物的方法,研究了六株小鼠肿瘤及白血病细胞系的致病力,结果证明:体外成系的小鼠肿瘤及白血病细胞,接种到易感小鼠体内,发病率为100%,接种L7811-85细胞的数目与小鼠存活的天数有很好的负相关(r=-0.99)。即使接种单个细胞也能引起发病。将细胞接种静脉、腹腔和皮下分别引起全身型、腹水型及伴有局部瘤块的白血病。在病理形态学方面也得到证实。此外,随着培养代数增加,致病力有所提高。
In this study, tumor and leukemia cell lines were vaccinated with susceptible animals to study the virulence of six mouse tumors and leukemia cell lines. The results demonstrate that in vitro mouse tumors and leukemia cells were inoculated into susceptible mice. In vivo, the incidence was 100%, and there was a good negative correlation between the number of cells inoculated with L7811-85 cells and the number of days the mice survived (r=-0.99). Even inoculation of single cells can cause morbidity. The cells were inoculated intravenously, intraperitoneally, and subcutaneously to cause systemic, ascitic, and leukemia with local tumors, respectively. It has also been confirmed in pathological morphology. In addition, virulence increased as the number of cultures increased.
