分析了双组分理想物系与多组分物系的精馏理论板数求算的3种方法,即逐板计算法、McCabe-Thiele图解法以及捷算法。以这2类物系的理论板数计算为实例,分别在这3种求算方法中应用Maple计算程序后发现,Mqple软件完全能满足精馏塔理论板数的求算要求。该软件既能使工程技术人员克服手工计算繁琐、工作量大、无法反复试算等缺点,又能有效地提高计算精度与准确性,对计算、设计精馏塔有较大的帮助。
Three methods to calculate the number of distillation theoretical plates of the two-component ideal system and the multi-component system are analyzed, that is, the plate-by-plate calculation method, the McCabe-Thiele graph method and the shortcut algorithm. Taking the theoretical plates of these two kinds of systems as an example, the Maple calculation program is applied to these three calculation methods respectively. It is found that the Mqple software can fully meet the calculation requirements of the theoretical plate number of the rectifying tower. The software not only can make engineers and technicians overcome the shortcomings of manual calculation, heavy workload, unable to repeat trial calculation, but also can effectively improve the calculation accuracy and accuracy. It is of great help to the calculation and design of distillation column.
