恶性胸膜间皮瘤预后甚差,对放射和化疗均不敏感。作者总结1974～1986年对46例胸膜间皮瘤作手术治疗的效果,并据此提出手术适应症和注意事项。
Malignant pleural mesothelioma has a poor prognosis and is insensitive to radiation and chemotherapy. The authors summarized the results of surgical treatment of 46 cases of pleural mesothelioma from 1974 to 1986, and proposed surgical indications and precautions accordingly.
