本文通过对中国境内企业544位员工的问卷调查,研究变革型领导与员工组织承诺关系间员工的工作嵌入所起到的中介作用。结果表明,变革型领导对员工工作嵌入的“匹配”“联系”“牺牲”维度有显著正向影响;员工工作嵌入的“匹配”“联系”“牺牲”在变革型领导与员工组织承诺的正相关关系中中介作用明显。研究结果对于如何提高我国企业员工组织承诺具有重要的实践启示。
This paper investigates 544 employees in Chinese enterprises to investigate the intermediary role of employee embeddedness between transformational leadership and employees’ organizational commitment. The results show that the transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on the dimensions of employee engagement embedded “match ” “contact ” “sacrifice ”; employee work embeds “match ” “contact ” "In the transformational leadership and employee organizational commitment in the positive correlation between the obvious role. The results of the study have important practical implications on how to improve the organizational commitment of employees in Chinese enterprises.
