本文通过对62名电焊工和35名对照者血中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),巯基(-SH)和发锰的研究,发现电焊工血中SOD,-SH和发锰值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),相关分析表明,两组的发锰/SOD(r=0.5239和r=0.3558)均呈显著性相关(P<0.01和P<0.05),而两组的发锰/-SH的相关性(r=0.1867和r=0.0398)均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。故认为,电焊烟尘可引起作业者血中SOD的活性和-SH含量的增加,这可能与电焊烟尘中锰等因素的影响有关。
