随着经济发展和人民生活质量的提高,国家对职业教育也越来越重视,在政策上,对职业教育招生和基础建设等支持力度也越来越大。从2002年开始,我国中等职业学校毕业学生的数量逐年增加,职校生人数占人口总数的比例增加,体现了我国国民素质教育的普及率较高。但随着社会的不断变化,企业对人才的要求也更高,对于商务助理专业学生来说,不仅要求其具备专业过硬的知识,端正的工作态度,还要有能适应商务工作中巨大压力和处理各种复杂人际关系的能力,这对学生的情商提出了新要求,也给商务助理专业的教师和学生带来了挑战。本文针对培养商务专业学生情商的必要性进行研究,提出一些培养学生情商的具体方法,以培养出符合新时代发展要求的商务人才。 With the economic development and the improvement of people’s living quality, the state has also paid more and more attention to vocational education.
