采用核酸分子杂交观察腹主动脉缩窄大鼠心肌肥厚早期左室c-fos原癌基因表达改变。实验结果显示:正常左室仅有少量c-fosmRNA表达,腹主动脉缩窄后1hc-fosmRNA表达明显增加,3h达高峰,12h明显下降。从而表明在压力超负荷性心肌肥厚模型中早期有c-fos原癌基因的快速短暂表达。
The changes of c-fos proto-oncogene expression in early stage of cardiac hypertrophy induced by abdominal aorta stenosis were observed by hybridization of nucleic acid molecules. The results showed that there was only a small amount of c-fos mRNA expression in normal left ventricle. The expression of 1-hc-fos mRNA increased significantly after abdominal aorta constriction, peaked at 3h and decreased significantly at 12h. Suggesting rapid early transient expression of the c-fos protooncogene in a model of hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy.
