目的:观察人文关怀应用于糖尿病视网膜病变优质护理服务工作中的临床效果,探讨其对QOL评分的相关影响。方法:遵循随机原则从佛山市中医院2015年4月至2019年3月接诊的糖尿病视网膜病变患者中筛选123例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例)和观察组(63例)。两组患者均接受常规糖尿病治疗,对照组行一般护理,观察组行融入人文关怀理念的优质护理。观察比较护理前后两组患者视功能改善情况、生活质量评分及护理满意度评价。结果:护理前两组患者低视力生活质量量表(CLVQOL)与生活质量核心量表(QOL-30)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均n P>0.05);护理后观察组患者视觉调节能力、远视力及手眼协调精细动作等功能改善情况显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均n P<0.05);两组患者在生理功能、心理功能、社会关系和认知功能等方面QOL评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均n P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度远远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P0.05). After nursing, the improvement of visual adjustment ability, distant vision, hand-eye coordination fine movement and other functions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(n P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in QOL scores of physiological function, psychological function, social relationship and cognitive function between the two groups (n P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The high quality nursing service integrating humanistic care concept into diabetic retinopathy patients can effectively improve visual function, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, increase nursing satisfaction, and play a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
