在眼科门诊,经常遇到不少家长带领儿童来门诊诊治,谓孩子专心一致地看电视时,出现歪头“斜视”。所谓歪头,乃患儿面转向右侧或左侧,低头或仰头看电视;所谓“斜视”,并非一眼视轴的偏斜,而是双眼向侧方注视或双眼上转或下转。例如患儿采取面左转,双眼向右方注视;或面右转,双眼向左方注视;或低头双眼向上转,或仰头双眼下转后注视。这种代偿头位,眼科称斜颈;伴随双眼向一侧注视称作侧视。这些儿童经眼科检查后,有些无明显屈光不正,有些有明显屈光不正,大部分无眼位偏斜,也无眼球震颤。今将1983年~1986年我科门诊所见50例分析如下。资料分析一、一般情况男29例,女21例。年龄3~6岁33例,7~12岁13例,13岁2例,16岁、17岁各1例。症状为看电视时面向左转或右转者44例,低头3例,仰头1
In ophthalmology clinics, parents often lead many children to come to clinic for treatment. When children concentrate on watching television, they have tilted their heads and strabismus. The so-called tilted head, is the children face turned to the right or left, bow or look up to watch television; the so-called “strabismus” is not a visual axis of deflection, but the eyes to the side of the gaze or turn or down. For example, children take the left turn, eyes to the right gaze; or face turn right, eyes to the left gaze; or bow down his eyes turn up, or look down his head after turning down his eyes. This compensatory head position, ophthalmology, said torticollis; accompanied by eyes to the side of the side called side view. After the eye examination of these children, some no significant refractive errors, some have significant refractive errors, most of the eye position deviation, nor nystagmus. This 1983 to 1986 I clinic see 50 cases analyzed as follows.
