目的:建立HPLC测定芪天胶囊中红景天苷和芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用:Kromasil ODS-1色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-0.02 mol·L-1磷酸(B),梯度洗脱[0～15 min,19%A;15～50 min,19～28%A;50～60min,28%A]分段变波长测定,0～25 min,275 nm(测红景天苷),26～60 min,230 nm(测芍药苷);柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果:两种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均<3%,平均加样回收率分别为98.33%,97.77%。结论:该方法简单,灵敏、准确。可用于芪天胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salidroside and paeoniflorin in Qitian Capsules. METHODS: Kromasil ODS-1 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) and 0.02 mol·L-1 phosphoric acid A, 15 to 50 min, 19 to 28% A, 50 to 60 min, 28% A] with variable wavelength, 0 to 25 min, 275 nm for salidroside, 26 to 60 min for 230 nm Measured paeoniflorin); column temperature 35 ℃, flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The linear relationship between the two components was good. The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were all less than 3%. The average recoveries were 98.33% and 97.77%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. Qitian capsules can be used for quality control.
