目的:为左肺下叶支气管的CT显示提供应用解剖学基础。方法:用30具成人标本的支气管树及其中的13例CT影像进行观测。结果:叶支气管内径5.0±0.6mm。段支气管内径2.4~3.1mm。B6、B7、B8、B9和B10的夹角分别为86.4°±5.4°、18.1°±1.3°、19.0°±2.2°、17.0°±3.1°和21.5°±3.1°。结论:本研究可为左肺下叶支气管的CT诊断增加一个以数据为依据确定管腔狭窄或管壁增厚的方法,并可为调整段支气管与CT层面间的夹角以提高其CT显示率提供倾斜角度
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for CT display of the left lower lobe bronchus. Methods: Bronchial tree of 30 adult specimens and 13 cases of CT images were observed. Results: The diameter of leaf bronchus was 5.0 ± 0.6mm. Section bronchial diameter 2.4 ~ 3.1mm. The included angles of B6, B7, B8, B9 and B10 are 86.4 ° ± 5.4 °, 18.1 ° ± 1.3 °, 19.0 ° ± 2.2 °, 17.0 ° ± 3 .1 ° and 21.5 ° ± 3.1 °. CONCLUSIONS: This study adds a data-based approach to determine stenosis or wall thickening in the CT diagnosis of the bronchus of the lower lobe of the lower lung and may be used to adjust the angle between the bronchus and the CT plane to improve CT findings Rate provides tilt angle
