微波辅助提取迷迭香挥发油的工艺研究

在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计对微波辅助提取迷迭香挥发油工艺中的液料比、提取时间和微波功率三因素的最优化组合进行了定量研究,建立并分析了各因素与得率关系的数学模型。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为液料比12.3mL/g、提取时间125s和微波功率500W,此时得率达到最大值4.05%。 Based on the single factor experiment, the optimum combination of the three factors of liquid to material ratio, extraction time and microwave power was determined by the Box-Behnken design, and the factors were established and analyzed Mathematic model of relationship with yield. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were liquid-to-liquid ratio of 12.3mL / g, extraction time of 125s and microwave power of 500W, and the maximum yield reached 4.05%.
