采用植酸改性环氧树脂,再用改性环氧树脂制备出水性环氧-丙烯酸酯复合乳液及其涂层.通过红外光谱,塔菲尔曲线及耐中性盐雾测试研究了改性水性环氧-丙烯酸酯复合乳液涂层的耐腐蚀性能.结果表明,植酸改性环氧树脂充分发挥了植酸的缓蚀性和屏蔽作用,其水性乳液涂层在质量分数3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡前和浸泡72 h后的腐蚀电压分别为-0.432 V和-0.597 V,腐蚀电流分别为3.829×104 A/cm2和5.884×104 A/cm2,乳液间歇喷雾180 h后划痕处单向腐蚀1.1 mm,无起泡,耐腐蚀性明显优于未改性乳液.“,”The epoxy resin was modified with phytic acid,then the waterborne epoxy-acrylate composite emulsion and its coating were prepared with the modified epoxy resin.The anti-corrosion performance of modified waterborne epoxy-acrylate emulsion coatings was investigated by FT-IR,Tafir curve and testing of resistant to neutral salt spray.The results showed that the phytic acid modified epoxy resin fully played the corrosion inhibition and shielding effects of the phytate.The corrosion potential and corrosion current of the modified waterborne epoxy-acrylate emulsion coatings before and after immersed in 3.5wt% NaCl solution for 72 h was-0.432 V,-0.597 V inhibition and 3.829× 10-6 A/cm2,5.884× 10-6 A/cm2,respectively.The one-way scratch corrosion width of modified waterborne epoxy-acrylate emulsion coatings was 1.1mm after intermittent spraying for 180 h and no bubbhng.The corrosion resistance of the modified emulsion was significantly better than that of unmodified emulsion.
