大连电机厂是一个主要生产小型三相异步电机和中大型直流电机的老企业,主导产品是J02—1～9号小型交流电机。自79年4月份在小型车间开展全面质量管理试点以来,取得了明显的技术经济效果。目前,全厂建立了95个QC小组,占全厂生产班组的53.6％。交流电机主要件主要工序61台设备,有36台已上管理图,主要工序的工程能力系数稳定在1.0～1.33,CP值平均达到1.25,建管理点97个,编作业指导书564份,建立质量保证体系一个,厂80年全面质量成果
Dalian Electrical Machinery Factory is an old enterprise that mainly produces small three-phase asynchronous motors and medium and large-sized DC motors. The leading products are J02-1 ~ 9 small AC motors. Since April of 2007, a pilot program for total quality management in small workshops has been achieved with obvious technical and economic results.
