目的 :通过观察开音片的抑菌作用及对小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,进一步探讨其抗咽喉感染的机理。方法 :用试管法检测其抑菌试验及对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶菌酶含量的影响。结果 :开音片对引起喉部慢性炎症的常见病原菌均有明显的抑制和杀灭作用 ,其大剂量组能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,提高其血清溶菌酶含量 ,与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :开音片具有抗菌及增强机体免疫功能的作用 OBJECTIVE : To investigate the anti-inflammation mechanism of the throat by observing the antibacterial effect of the open diaphragm and its influence on the immune function of mice. Methods : The antibacterial test and the effect on the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages and serum lysozyme were detected by tube test. RESULTS: The open capsules significantly inhibited and killed the common pathogens causing chronic inflammation of the larynx. The high-dose group could enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages and increase its serum lysozyme content, compared with the control group. The ratio was significantly different (P < 0.01). Conclusion :Opening tablets have antibacterial effect and enhance immune function
