本实验着重研究了着床期家兔子宫内膜刀豆球蛋白 A(ConA)结合糖蛋白的变化。以非离子去垢剂 Triton X-100提取子宫内膜蛋白,经 ConA 亲和电泳发现,子宫内膜 ConA 结合蛋白总量在着床期略高于未孕期。采用 ConA-Sepharose 4B 柱亲和层析分离 ConA 结合蛋白,经 SDS-PAGE 分析发现,在着床期家兔子宫内膜中有5种 ConA 结合蛋白存在,其表观分子量分别为162、67.5、62.5、89及35kD,其中前三者含量在着床期不同阶段变化不大,89及35kD 蛋白以妊娠第六天含量最多。结果显示子宫内膜 ConA 结合蛋白在着床期存在阶段特异性变化。
This experiment focused on the implantation of rabbit endometrium concanavalin A (ConA) binding glycoprotein changes. The non-ionic detergent Triton X-100 extraction of endometrial protein ConA electrophoresis found that the total amount of endometrial ConA binding protein at implantation was slightly higher than non-pregnant. ConA-Sepharose 4B column affinity chromatography using ConA binding protein by SDS-PAGE analysis found that in the implantation of rabbit endometrium there are five kinds of ConA binding protein, the apparent molecular weights were 162,67.5, 62.5, 89 and 35kD, respectively, in which the content of the former three had little change at different stages of implantation, and the content of 89 and 35kD protein was the highest on the sixth day of pregnancy. The results showed that endometrial ConA-binding protein stage-specific changes in implantation.
