脂肪组织是人体内重要的内分泌组织 ,分泌多种重要的激素。脂连素是一种新的由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的蛋白 ,具有调节糖脂代谢、抗炎症反应、抗动脉粥样硬化等多重效应。肥胖、2型糖尿病、冠心病患者脂连素水平降低。脂连素的水平和胰岛素敏感性密切相关 ,是后者的独立预测因子。包括细胞因子、胰岛素、性激素、糖皮质激素和儿茶酚胺等在内的多种物质调节着体内脂连素的表达。脂连素和这些调节物质基因表达的筛查也可以预测 2型糖尿病等疾病的发生。
Adipose tissue is an important endocrine tissue in the body that secrete a variety of important hormones. Adiponectin is a novel protein secreted by adipocytes that has multiple effects of regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, anti-inflammation and anti-atherosclerosis. Obesity, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease patients with adiponectin levels lower. Adiponectin levels and insulin sensitivity are closely related to the latter is an independent predictor. A variety of substances, including cytokines, insulin, sex hormones, glucocorticoids and catecholamines, regulate the expression of adiponectin in the body. Screening of adiponectin and gene expression of these regulatory substances can also predict the occurrence of diseases such as type 2 diabetes.
