利用XRD、SEM、TG/DSC、MIP等测试方法,对常压高温蒸汽养护下矿渣和粉煤灰等不同组成的复合胶凝材料物理性能及水化特性差异进行研究。结果表明,85℃常压蒸养条件下水泥水化产物与标准养护下基本相同,但水化产物数量有大幅提高,且有少量C_9S_6H_(18)和钙矾石(AFt)稳定存在。辅助胶凝材料的适宜匹配,使水泥石结构较致密,蒸养强度较高。少量硅灰的掺加,有利于优化水泥石结构,促进蒸养条件下水泥石强度发展。
The differences of physical properties and hydration characteristics of composite cementitious materials with different compositions such as slag and fly ash under atmospheric pressure and high temperature steam were studied by XRD, SEM, TG / DSC and MIP. The results showed that the hydration products of cement under 85 ℃ atmospheric steam curing were basically the same as those under standard curing, but the quantities of hydration products increased greatly, and a small amount of C_9S_6H_ (18) and ettringite (AFt) were stable. The suitable matching of the auxiliary cementitious material enables the cement stone structure to be more compact and the steam curing strength is higher. The addition of a small amount of silica fume is conducive to optimizing the structure of cement stone, and promoting the strength development of cement stone under the condition of steam curing.
