根据磁力研磨法的工作原理,研制了阔芯棱边去毛刺实验装置,并通过实验分析了各种因素对去毛刺效率、工作表面粗糙度以及工件形状误差的影响.结果表明,利用磁力研磨法能够有效地去除阀芯桂边毛刺,且保持适宜的棱边圆角半径.
According to the working principle of the magnetic grinding method, a wide core edge deburring experimental device was developed. The effects of various factors on the deburring efficiency, the working surface roughness and the shape error of the workpiece were analyzed. The results show that the use of magnetic grinding method can effectively remove the valve core edge burr, and to maintain the appropriate radius of the edge fillet.
