受国内外诸多因素的影响,上海外资企业薪酬行情逐年攀升的趋势,今年将有所遏止,并开始回落。据抽样调查,约83%的外企能保证每年调薪一次,8%的外企每年调薪两次。近三年来,外资企业的薪酬水平普遍逐年攀高;1998年平均增幅约10%,1999年平均增幅约6%,2000年平均增幅为75%左右。据专家预测,随着社保缴费比例和工资基数的接连调整,外商对“人头费”开支的持续上涨、企业负担的不断扩张已有所警觉,有效抑制成本上升将在所难免的。因此,外企老板将采用相应的对策不容忽视。
