本文对Fe_5Co_(70)Si_(15)B_(10),Fe_(40)Ni_(40)P_(14)B_6,(Fe_(0.1)Ni_(0.35)Co_(0.55))_(78)Si_8B_(14)非晶在不同状态下的损耗进行了测量。并作了损耗分离,与1J_(79)(坡莫)晶态合金的损耗数据进行对比。观察到Fe_5Co_(70)Si_(15)B_(10)与1J_(79)损耗相比,非晶的反常涡流损耗在总损耗中所占比例大几倍到十倍。Fe_5Co_(70)Si_(15)B_(10)和Fe_(40)Hi_(40)P_(14)B_6二种非晶磁场热处理对损耗影响效应相差很大(几倍到十倍)。在部分淬态非晶样品中,观察到每周损耗随频率变化在某一频段内出现反常下降现象。对上述几种实验现象进行了解释
In this paper, Fe_5Co_ (70) Si_ (15) B_ (10), Fe_ (40) Ni_ (40) P_ (14) B_6, (Fe_ (0.1) Ni_ (0.35) Co_ (0.55) Amorphous loss under different conditions was measured. And the loss of separation, and 1J_ (79) (permalloy) crystalline alloy loss data for comparison. It is observed that compared with the loss of 1J_ (79) Fe_5Co_ (70) Si_ (15) B_ (10), the proportion of amorphous anomalous eddy current loss is several times to ten times of the total loss. The impact of heat treatment on the loss of Fe_5Co_ (70) Si_ (15) B_ (10) and Fe_ (40) Hi_ (40) P_ (14) B_6 has a great difference (several times to ten times). In some of the as-quenched amorphous samples, it was observed that the loss per week fluctuated abnormally in a certain frequency band as a function of frequency.
