根据国内外所报道的资料以及我们的试验表明:液压凿岩机在节能、环保等方面,均优于风动凿岩机。但由于液压凿岩机在某些技术上尚未成熟,如凿岩参数的匹配、构件的结构设计、材质的选择、加工工艺等一系列的因素,所以试验过程中故障较多。虽然纯凿岩速度高,但总的经济效益不高,影响液压凿岩机优势的发挥。本文分析了试验中常见故障,以求得到解决。
According to the data reported at home and abroad and our tests show that: hydraulic rock drill in energy saving, environmental protection, etc., are better than pneumatic rock drill. However, due to a number of hydraulic rock drill technology is not yet mature, such as matching the parameters of drilling, structural design of components, material selection, processing technology and a series of factors, so more failures during the test. Although pure rock drilling speed is high, but the overall economic efficiency is not high, affecting the advantages of hydraulic rock drill to play. This article analyzes the common failures in the test, in order to be resolved.
