In the next ten years, existing hospitals will reconstruct and improve the environment, and increase the number of hospitals to jointly use the equipment. These efforts will meet the community health requirements and address the shortage of hospital resources and increase the expenses. The tasks faced by hospital managers are to clarify resource consumption, estimate the cost of management decisions, and propose resource allocation. The work experience over the past few years and the results of consulting with health care organizations are convinced that the use of basic management techniques is a sound decision-making process and planning tool for ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of care. Managers must look for the best solution from a lot of resources, limited funds, and countermeasures. No doubt management is a treasure.
