目的 观察益寿调脂片对小鼠抗应激能力的影响及毒性试验。方法 采用耐常压缺氧法、耐化学性缺氧法、抗疲劳法、耐寒法、耐高温法以及急性、亚急性毒性试验 ,观察小鼠存活时间 ,计算最大耐受量 ,并行病理形态学检查。结果 益寿调脂片可使小鼠在常压缺氧或亚硝酸钠所致化学性缺氧条件下的存活时间和游泳存活时间显著延长 ,可明显提高小鼠的耐寒和耐高温能力 ;与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5~0 .0 0 1)。小鼠灌服益寿调脂片 1日最大耐受量为 19.89g·kg- 1,相当于人临床用量的 117.2倍。病理形态学检查未见明显的病理改变。结论 益寿调脂片可显著增强小鼠抗应激能力 ,是安全范围较大的药物 ,用于临床是安全的
Objective To observe the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet on the anti-stress ability of mice and the toxicity test. The maximum tolerated dose of 19.89g·kg-1 in mice fed Yishou Tiaozhi Tablets was equivalent to 117.2 times of the human clinical dosage. Histopathological examination showed no obvious pathological changes. Conclusion Yishou Tiaozhi Tablet can significantly enhance the anti-stress ability of mice. It is a safer drug and is safe for clinical use.
