1工程概况丹阳市某中学知新楼为6层砖混结构,始建于2001年,长约34.0m,宽约17.5m,建筑面积约3500平方米,由于当年该建筑未按现行校舍抗震设防的要求进行设计、施工,需要对该建筑进行抗震加固,同时为了满足停车需要,还需在既有建筑下增加一层地下停车场。针对以上加固改造的特点,对既有建筑采用传统的扩柱包梁做法已无法满足该项目工期和抗震等级的要求。经专家组讨论最后确定采用隔震措施:首层墙、柱
